The consumer confidence indicator in France increased to 85 in June of 2023, from 83 in the previous month.
Consumers were more optimistic regarding the outlook for the standard of living (-51 vs -56 in May), expectations for the personal financial situation (-16 vs -17) and saving intentions for the next twelve months (33 vs 32).
Meanwhile, the proportion of households considering that prices will be on the rise during the next twelve months declined (-55 vs -49). Also, unemployment concerns eased substantially (10 vs 17) and an improvement was seen for future savings capacity
