Increasing investor confidence is reflected in the surge of FDI inflows into Africa. The United Nations Conference on Trade and Development (UNCTAD) reports that FDI inflows to Africa increased by 11% to $46 billion in 2019 compared to the previous year, or $4.6 billion.
